Project Idea and Concept
Client Request
Tarka-Fül Shop is a business that sells festive supplies and approached us to help create the website graphics for their upcoming online store. The tasks included:
- Designing the company's mascot
- Designing the exterior and interior views of the virtual shop
- Creating small category images
Creative Design Process
Brainstorming and Research
The first step was brainstorming and market research. We examined competitors and the target market to understand what visual styles and elements attract customers. We gathered inspiration from festive-themed illustrations, mascots, and online store layouts.
Concept Development
Based on the research, we created several sketches of the mascot, which exuded a friendly and festive atmosphere. The mascot was designed to be easily recognizable and memorable. Simultaneously, we worked on the concept of the shop’s exterior and interior views, where bright colors and cheerful decorations dominated.
Sketches and Feedback
- We presented the initial sketches to the client for feedback. Several versions of the mascot were created with different facial expressions and postures. In the shop design, we presented various layouts and color palettes.
Implementation
Detailed Design
- Based on the feedback, we refined the sketches and began detailed design work. During the digital drawing of the mascot, we paid attention to details to bring the character to life. In designing the exterior and interior views of the shop, we focused on detailed graphic elements, textures, and shading.
Creating Category Images
- The category images were tailored to the shop's theme. We created unique icons and illustrations for each category to help customers quickly navigate and find the desired products.
Final Result
Mascot
- The company's mascot became a friendly, smiling character reflecting the cheerful and festive spirit of Tarka-Fül Shop. The character was also created in various poses and with accessories to be used in multiple places within the online store.
Virtual Shop
- The shop's exterior view received a colorful, attractive design that immediately conveys a festive atmosphere. For the interior view, we focused on a user-friendly layout and aesthetic appearance.
Category Images
- The completed category images with unique, creative illustrations aid in product navigation and harmonize with the rest of the shop.
